Material
Mesh:
Lightweight, tearproof, air-permeable vinyl. Also weatherproof, UV-resistant and B1-certified. Suitable for outdoor use.
PVC tarpaulin:
Tear-proof, highly tensile, scratch-resistant vinyl. Also waterproof, UV-resistant and B1-certified. Suitable for outdoor use.
Format
The format matches the print area. Please create the print file for your advertising material with a trim on each side due to be cut. Please note that when cutting our XXL banners to size, tolerances up to max. 1.2% may appear.
Finishing
XXL banners are printed in print lengths, which are then high-frequency-welded together. From widths of ten metres onwards, a retention strip (5 cm wide) with retention points (every 18 cm) is applied to fasten the banner. This strip is always welded vertically, running from top to bottom, onto the motif seams. For widths of twelve metres and over, three retention strips are added; for widths of 20 metres, four are added. Please note that the welded seams are visible in the motif when using mesh material.
Cutting, 10-cm hemstitch top and bottom
High-frequency-welded hemstitch with a 10-cm diameter for sliding in framework rods (Ø 8 cm). The seam is printed.
Cutting, Keder edging (Ø 10 mm) top and bottom
1-seamed Keder edging (Ø 10 mm) welded on the back. Keder edging is visible as an approx. 1-cm wide, white edge.
Cutting, reinforced edge, every 50 cm with 12-mm eyelets
Approx. 5-cm wide seam, high-frequency-welded and full reinforced edging. The seam contains press-fitted metal eyelets with an internal diameter of 12 mm every 50 cm.
Colours
The advertising materials are printed on as per CMYK. You can order a screen proof of your product under Proof.
Delivery packaging
XXL banners are delivered folded. In exceptional cases, it may bear some indentations.
